Details:
I'm a strong advanced skier. It was my first time to Kirkwood, and I was expecting more challenging intermediate slopes. I would have spent most of my time on the Cornice Express chair, but it was horrific blizzard conditions at the top. The wind was so bad that it was actually pushing me back up the hill. The runs at lower levels were great though. The snow was fab. It was a bit chillier than I had hoped, but overall a very good day. I'll be going again next weekend.
